bi monthly reminder that those african men wishing your favorite kpop idol a happy birthday are literally ENSLAVED and therefore forced to make these videos. it is not something that should be taken lightly so please stop supporting these videos when you see them.
Let's all be 10000% clear on this so we can stop sharing zionist rewritings of history. Zionism was always genocidal—it has always been premised on indigenous elimination, land theft, and alignment with imperial power. It didn't "go wrong", this is the result of its foundations.
100% I was careful when I made my first video on Palestine, but when I dedicated an entire video on Zionism.
I had to talk about how Jewish exclusivity was built into the DNA of settlements/the state.
In that since it was founded Israel has been Jewish supremacist
like yes there IS some misogyny in writing but it is NOT to the extent that male characters are inherently more compelling. this is placing the blame squarely on creators’ shoulders and not acknowledging the male-centrism of fandom as a whole.

Okay, so I'm done with my rabbit hole.
This will be my last post on therapyjeff.
*Disclaimer* I have no way of verifying the veracity of any claims made about therapyjeff. Some of this is anecdotal, and often based on the following:
1. Jeff's TikTok videos (analyses)
2. People alleging to have had personal interactions, including dating him, living in the same building as him, and dms that seem to be problematic and unethical.
3. Questions concerning Jeff's actual practicing therapy and some questionable takes (questionable based on the opinions of doctors and therapists in similar fields)
I need you to understand I do not know therapyjeff
What I've learned:
• Abuse allegations are alleged going back at least 4 years.
• Some abuse allegations come from women who claim to have dated him and women who claim that he has a tendency to exploit parasocial relationships.
• On his question regarding a rape hotline for rapists: a lot of professional therapists and psychologist have cited this as a dangerous, harmful take.
• Several people have claimed that he may be using his licensing—his *legitimacy* as a therapist—to pick up women.
• Women who claim to have dated him have described him as narcissistic, emotionally abusive, manipulative, and dangerous to be around.
• I have not found any direct claims of physical abuse, and I may be inferring wrongly there seems to be a subtext of physical abuse, but that seems to be an issue.
• People have claimed his advice oftsn borders on unethical.
• There are claims that, while he does say some helpful things, therapyjeff does not necessarily practice what he preaches.
• With respect to Israel/Gaza: there are videos where he's discussing shame around where people are coming down on Israel's genocide. The subtext implies these are zionists. He is advising zionists to basically avoid voicing their opinion to prevent being shamed for supporting genocide. Fyi, this is my interpretation.
• In general, people who have routinely watched his videos—some for the last few years—have a range of feelings about him, ranging from him being extremely dangerous to him being, at minimum, super creepy.
• Therapyjeff does have his supporters. I have seen instances of somewhat abusive language used in their defense of him. While I will not say the actions of supporters is necessarily the creator's responsibility, I do believe it does say something about him not addressing, at minimum, how people are defending him.
• He does seem to provide cover for rapists and potential rapists while seeming to minimize the impact men have on their victims. There seems to be to be a disconnect on what victims go through, and hardly any mention of it.
• He has at least one problematic take I've seen on what's gay and use f*gg*t
So, this is all based on what I've found, read, and watched. I don't think dude is a rapist, but you don't need to be a rapist to be a dangerous and/or problematic person.
I cannot vouch for the authenticity of claims. But there are more than one, and I think that's worth considering.

i’m so glad people are finally calling out therapyjeff omg literally all of his videos sound like they’re scripted by ai and the way he approaches certain topics is so creepy too like idk i cant explain it but there is just something about him and his content that is so uncanny
Not really fond of this trend of nonblack creators, actors and fans being exposed for antiblack behaviours and black fans being the ones accused of ruining fandoms and being toxic aggressive drama stirrers for holding these people accountable. Do you know how tiring ts is for US?
“women and femmes” is not an inclusive statement, in really any context. especially the way i see it being used. it’s lesbophobic, transphobic and otherwise misogynistic
it’s always “let people enjoy things” and never a single thought spared for the Black fans, children, aspiring cartoonists and voice actors who don’t get to enjoy anything at all because anti Black racism is completely inescapable
In a world of Sephiroth’s and Cloud’s one stands above all and that’s Barret. Literally the most beautiful man to grace a screen. Like just look at this man
Pokémon Diamond Version and Pokémon Pearl Version was released on this day in 2007 on the Nintendo DS! Trainers explored the Sinnoh region, discovered more than 490 Pokémon, including the Legendary Pokémon Palkia or Dialga!
What is your favorite memory from this title?
alot of white queers tend to do this
where they see art that is explicitly grounded in racial related themes as arbitrary and overshadow those themes with their own experiences instead of focusing on whats actually being conveyed
Sometimes I worry that I'm not a good enough friend because I'm not able to be as present at times. But then, my friends remind me that I am very disabled and going through a lot behind the scenes and need to prioritize my health more. And that I'm enough just by existing.
