@panasonicph Ref# 2207005421. Asking for my unit to be replaced but mr galero from panasonic ph only wants the board replaced which may be damaged by multiple disassemble/assembling by the SC bec intially the error was f11 (sensor) then turned to F96 (board) after cleaning it. @DtiPhilippines
