Booked an Ocean City rental via @Vrbo. Unit had blood, mold, foul odor, & unsafe rocking beds. VueStay/Vacasa promised a move Day 1 but abandoned us. Filed emergency claim Sunday under Book with Confidence guarantee. Vrbo did NOTHING. Forced to stay all week in hazards. Help!
