Some shots I did on the ATLA movie! I was sadly only on the show for a few months due to contract clashes, but was able to experience the absolute artistry involved that went on for this movie. Did some odd shots in the temple and helped out the 3D lighting team for airships
Hi friends, if you have Netflix pls check out Stranger Things: Tales of '85 ๐๐ these are two shots that I comped that are available on google images as I am a legally abiding citizen.
I have not watched the ATLA movie leak but think you can find me in the credits there too!
woohoo! Can officially announce that I've had a hand in the upcoming The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender movie. Such an amazing crew, have been so honoured to be a part of it even for a short time
When you find that the character's hair is a bit sparse, leading to baldness and you don't want to redo it, you can try using shallow depth of field to avoid awkwardness.๐
PS ๏ผtrying a new addon for hair simulation , works great!!!

Funny how no one says โcinematography has regressedโ if a film is shot badly.
VFX is just another step in the filmmaking process. Of course the VFX isnโt going to look as good when we have 4x as much work to do in half the time with less budget.
The thing that has actually regressed is filmmakerโs understanding of VFX and how to best use it in the filmmaking process.
Directors and studios donโt take the time to plan productions correctly and try to fix everything in post, further exasperating the problem.
When artists have enough time and budget and the films leadership team understands VFX, you get films that look incredible and stand the test of time.
