well, for probably the first time in my career, I have a personal site which I am truly happy with 😁
It's a work in progress, as is everything in life, but this is what about 8 total hours inside of @shipstudio_app got me.
No Figma, just went with the vibes. Very fun process.
introducing, the new @shipstudio_app homepage, which actually tells the story of what we are building.
we're not building a website builder.
we're not building a terminal.
we're not building a hosting provider.
all these tools already exist - and they're amazing. we don't want to replace them. we want to help you use them.
@shipstudio_app isn't just a product. it's the platform and community where real agencies, freelancers, and studios ship real sites and apps for their clients.
our product will change over time to meet the needs of our users. what will not change, however, is who we're building for.
We needed a new homepage for @shipstudio_app, and I had the craziest idea for how we can build it.
I exported all the conversations from our public Slack community - user complaints, questions, testimonials, requests - everything.
Then, I sent it to Claude Code - asked it to analyze it, and clearly articulate why people are using Ship Studio.
Then, I had it use that brief to build a wireframe, and I took it from there.
I have NEVER had an easier time translating signal -> marketing messaging. I HIGHLY recommend you try this out too.
My new template just got published for the ship studio community to use and edit.
Here it is! https://t.co/GoOYWvhp3n
Comes with pre-built auth, member dashboard, shop, and Memberstack integration - just add your clients branding.
I heard that X is shutting down communities in 2 days. Not sure if that's true but I thought I would make my first post here before they do.
Here's a luxury real estate website I made start to finish today in under 30 minutes 🤠 #buildinpublic
I haven't had a nice personal site in my career... ever.
Never found the time for it.
Started exploring one last night, looking pretty slick for starters 👀
100% designed with Claude Code in @shipstudio_app
Something I ALWAYS tell people is how easy it is to work with Claude Code. You don't need technical knowledge.
You simply need to be honest about what you do/don't know.
It might be hard watching someone who's been doing it for over a year and think you can do it too - and that's why this is one of the most useful videos for beginners. @samcotdigital shows off how anyone - regardless of technical knowledge - can use Claude Code the right way.

Claude Code sugarcoats everything.
You know who doesn't? Eastern European developers.
Introducing the Marko skill - call Marko at any time, and he will review your code - and believe me - he will find something wrong with it.
And, staying very on brand - he won't tell you how to fix it. He has one job, and one job only - to tell your agent that the code sucks.
Skill repo in the thread 👇
If you've never made a website with Claude Code before - @samcotdigital just posted a really good video that shows you how to get started.
I really liked this video because it shows how anyone - no matter how much technical knowledge you have - can use Claude Code not only to build a website, but to learn web development.
Enjoy!!!

Just launched https://t.co/rS0sez0GFP our handcrafted paletas brand in Dubai, built entirely in @shipstudio_app (new photoshoot images and video coming soon but I couldn't wait for that)
Stack: Shopify headless (backend) + Next.js (frontend).
First time taking ecommerce into Next.js… and honestly, it’s a different game.
I’ve shipped plenty of Webflow and Shopify builds before (Smootify, Liquify, etc.) and it was always the same story: slow, fragile, full of hacks.
ShipStudio + Claude Code changed that.
Highly recommend if you're thinking about going headless.
Clean setup.
Tooling that actually accelerates you.
And a dev experience smoother than most IDEs I’ve used.
Top it off with a responsive community and a team that truly listens and moves fast, that’s the cherry on top.
"AI produces slop 🤪"
No, brother. YOU produce slop.
AI takes your vision and executes. Perfect example below;
@jacobmrt built his new site in @shipstudio_app.
He didn't just say 'make me a site for Optify'. He set the vision. Created the design. Paved the way for AI to perfectly execute his vision.
THIS is the way forward. We set the vision. AI executes.
The time from idea -> execution has never been shorter.
Absolutely love this site btw 💪
@galluzzo_julian You're right, I think the major constraint is the exclusion of visual development environment.
A direction I think @shipstudio_app is going
