‘27 Grayson Golek - The Uptown W had a standout weekend. Using his size & frame to shoot over closeouts & mixed it up with some versatility driving & posting. HIGH MOTOR, crashes the glass hard on both ends. @GraysonGolek27

‘27 Michael Kmetz - The big lefty G from 6th Boro made a case for one of the best shooters in the league. Gets his feet set quick & has a smooth quick trigger. Gets downhill well with physicality & playing off of closeouts. Not to mention, a LEGIT defender. @MikeKmetz7

‘27 Cole Trn - The Sideline Cancer sharpshooter was knockdown all weekend. Off the move, off the dribble, in transition .. you name it. Elite at burning you for mistakes you make defensively & doesn’t need much room at all. Showed improvement in his in between game through the weekend. @Coletrn10

As an AD, I constantly remind our coaches what a captain really is. It is not always your best player, even though that is the ideal. It is the player who lives out your program’s culture every single day. The one who holds teammates accountable, shows up and works, puts the team first, and does the little things right when no one is watching.

A captain is not just a talented kid who makes plays. It is the standard everyone else should follow.
