1. I don’t recruit for roles with a salary less than ₦150k, and that’s even for entry-level roles.

2. For Corpers, it’s ₦100k minimum.

3. You must give a written offer of employment.

4. I don’t recruit for commission-only roles without fixed salaries.

5. If you want people to work from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, I won’t be part of that.

6. I will provide you with advisory services on compliance with labour laws, and it’s important to oblige.
