Hi @MGBHealthPlan , looking for a new PCP as mine is moving. There's a nice long list on your site, but if you call, they're not taking patients (or in some cases that the doctor moved to concierge). How to get an *accurate* list of your PCPs taking new pts? Is it an empty list?

Hey @XfinitySupport! You don't offer an international plan for Israel, but you also won't unlock my phone, even temporarily, with phone not paid off, but it's twice the cost to pay it off early! This is not clear in documents I signed. Change travel policy or make an exception!

@SecretaryPete @lbarzin Also they charge 7.5% tax on everything including fees rather than just the flight price and consumers can’t do anything about it. @AmericanAir tried to charge me the flight excise tax on the unaccompanied minor fee (which was already more than the flight itself). Thanks!

Hey @AmericanAir , airline taxes are 7.5% on base fare. But you charged me 7.5% tax not on the fare but on a fee: the $150 unaccompanied minor "Service fee" (charged each direction!). Please explain how this additional $22.50 charge is a legal tax?

@AmericanAir AA reservations told me to contact customer service and that they can only be contacted by a web form, which I submitted. 🤦‍♀️
