On calling to support, the support staff misbehaved on mobile. Nobody is taking calls nor contacting me yet. I dont want a refund, take the money with you as a gift.

Products are also getting low quality.

The officials and the employees of Mamaearth company is fraudulently dealing the customers. Without delivering order, status changed as delivered.
My order is pending since 26th March.

While taking order by MAMAEARTH the stock is available and takes full payment. After 20 days the amount was refunded due to NO STOCK. How it is possible? Mamaearth misuses our cash for 20 days free of cost.

@mamaearthindia Apology jo bheji hai MAMAEARTH ne not accepted. Get back the wallet bheekh. And also get back the refund amount through your bank immediately no in 5-7 days. If not received tell me, I will pay directly to MAMAEARTH as a gift. Take that money and keep with you as a gift by me

@mamaearthindia As you can check in order history, we regularly use and also giving mouth publicity to others.  The company has fooled me and giving shameless service by cr Rs150 in wallet.  Kindly get back the amount.  I really feel very bad & decide to not to use MAMAEARTH product forever.

@HDFCBank_Cares Hi, I am not Prasad. I am Mrs. Prasad and why it was taking so much time by 5th March to respond to my concern. Already 25 days over, nobody cares of customer from HDFC Bank. The Branch Solapur is highly ignoring the customers needs.Customers are under tremendous pressure here.
