It’s wild, as a person with #POTS, to see physicians recognize a mass wave of dysautonomia as result of covid. It’s always been here. With the flu and other viral illnesses. I’m just glad we’re moving past denial. If they can recognize it with covid they can grasp it in general.
Make no mistake: The violence we're seeing on the TTC won't be addressed by having more police present.
We need more housing. More mental healthcare. More harm reduction services. More public washrooms. More warming centres.
We need a City of Toronto that's more compassionate.
Not only did the Ontario government implement Bill 124 & knew it was causing nurses to leave frontline healthcare...but they also set aside public funding to give to private for-profit hospitals.
Make no mistake: It's all part of a plan to undermine our public healthcare system.
