@XboxSupport Despite the "payment" to PayPal I have received confirmation of payment, followed by a refund from MSFT.

@XboxSupport I'm doing both online. Same error for credit card as it is for Paypal.

@XboxSupport ...also I can't even place a support request as I can't physically enter a first name or surname on the contact form.

@alexhorre @mailbox I reserved mine weeks ago; and chose wrong option when I opened the app - so I guess I need to wait too :(
