There is no love lost between Samantha and Meghan so I doubt they coordinated together. So we can be sure Samantha set up the ambush.

@TCWK121713 Losing a shoe requires > 20-30mph. So Jen McCabe (by her testimony) saw KR's SUV ~1-3 min before JO was hit, KR went ~30 mph in reverse (loud on wet ground), hit JO (loud at 30 mph). No one saw the hit, or the body. John had no leg bruising. But a shoe is proof? Lady, please.

@TCWK121713 You can’t correlate any of the things with the injuries on the body. You also can’t prove that 24 mph wasn’t the tow truck driver that floored the car in reverse ON VIDEO and put the car in neutral to engage then pulley on the flatbed. Prove that key cycle wasn’t the tow truck.

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK Then why doesn’t he have any injured or bruises near the point of impact? Why could the commonwealth not find a single medical professional in 2 trials that could explain how his injuries occurred from the accident.
