Ordered food on Swiggy while on a moving train — what I got was straight-up humiliating.

Delivered in just 2 cheap plastic bags. NO plate. NO spoon. NO cutlery. Looked like a roadside meal. Had to eat meal with my fingers like Jishan.

Support? Zero response, just generic "email us, 24-48 hrs" nonsense.

This is how you treat paying customers?
