The $SHIT coin paired to the NASDAQ listed toilet stock $FGI obliterated it in trading volume today by over 7x.
Understand this is only the beginning.
The volume tells a story, our destiny is a Robinhood shitcoin flipping then controlling the toilet manufacturer.
board shit
It started as a joke.
A shitcoin paired with a toilet company, our mission was to flip $FGI's measly market cap to mock them.
then we looked at the company...
$FGI:
→ ~$132M annual revenue
→ ~$19M market cap
→ 0.14x price-to-sales
→ back to profitability last quarter
→ gross margins expanding, US revenue up 20%
A real business making real products, priced like it's going out of business. About 8.4% of the float is sold short.
We realized we're not enemies. We're just on opposite sides of the flush. What is a toilet without a shit to swirl? What is a shit without a comfortable porcelain throne??
$SHIT is paired with tokenized $FGI. when $FGI goes up, $SHIT goes up. every $SHIT buy pulls more $FGI into our LP, which now holds a little under 2% of the companies public shares.
When they win, we win, when we win, they win.
Wall street doesn't pay attention to a $19M toilet company, but everyone pays attention to a shitcoin.
So here's the new mission: a memecoin that makes the market notice the most undervalued toilet stock in America.
$SHIT x $FGI
The best and stinkiest boardmember the business world has ever seen.
P.S. @FGI_Industries we still want our commemorative gold toilet
a shitcoin ($SHIT) paired with a company that makes toilets ($FGI)
but $FGI is interesting beyond the joke
$FGI (FGI Industries) is a NASDAQ-listed bath products company: toilets, sinks, bathroom stuff. $132M in annual revenue. trading at ~$19M mcap. that's a price-to-sales ratio of 0.14. the stock is absurdly undervalued relative to what the business actually generates
and 1.52% of the total stock shares already in this shitcoin’s LP
$FGI is tokenized on Robinhood Chain by @st0x_io. ST0x is a regulated tokenized equities platform, EU base prospectus approved by Liechtenstein's FMA, tokens issued as regulated debt instruments backed 1:1 by underlying shares. they've tokenized MSTR, COIN, TSLA, SpaceX, SPY and others. live since February 2026. real company, not a wrapper contract someone deployed last week
so you have a memecoin called $SHIT paired with a toilet company that does $132M in revenue at a $19M mcap, tokenized by a regulated securities platform on Robinhood chain
the meme is perfect. the underlying stock is undervalued. the tokenization is legit. sometimes the stars align and they're shaped like shit
Our lp quietly accumulated around 6000 tokenized FGI shares today for a total held of over 8000.
This represents about 1.52% of the public $FGI float
That train only runs in one direction 👉🚽🧻
Investor relations has officially been put on notice that there's a new sheriff in town.
We eagerly await your response @FGI_Industries - option 1 or option 2?
Shitcoin now holds around 0.17% of the $FGI public float
our demands as shareholders:
— one (1) toilet, gold
— rename the company FGI Industries ($SHIT)
— put the poop emoji on the X profile picture
we are aware 0.17% entitles us to none of this
we will be back at 1.7%
THE LORE
FGI Industries makes toilets. Actual porcelain. If you've bought a toilet at a home center in the last decade, there's a real chance it came out of their supply chain. They do ~$128M a year in revenue and they're listed on the Nasdaq under $FGI.
The entire company is worth about $19M.
That's the setup. A publicly traded toilet manufacturer, at a market cap smaller than most things that launched this week.
So we made $SHIT. Same product category. Different asset class.
Here's the part most people miss.
On Robinhood Chain, memecoins don't pair against stablecoins. They pair against tokenized stocks. And every Stock Token is backed 1:1 by a real share Robinhood buys and holds in custody, when a new one is minted, a real share gets bought at the same time.
$SHIT's pool is paired against tokenized FGI. So every buy is paid for in tokenized FGI, and that tokenized FGI gets locked inside the pool.
The pool doesn't spend it. It holds it.
3,200 tokenized FGI in there right now. Backed by 3,200 real shares sitting in custody somewhere. That number only goes one direction as long as people keep buying, the chart going up and the pool filling up are the same event.
Robinhood has also said 1:1 redemption and voting for Stock Token holders are on the roadmap.
But think about what that means for a company with 1.93M shares outstanding and a pool that only fills up.
Today the volume flipped.
$SHIT: $802K
$FGI: $481K
A coin named after what goes in the toilet outtraded the company that makes the toilet. On a Thursday. And nasdaq closes at 4, we don't.
Volume was the easy one. Market cap is the real target.
$19M. That's the number. Not a $50B blue chip, not a meme about flipping Apple. A genuinely small, genuinely public, genuinely reachable number that plenty of coins have cleared in a single week. Whether we get there is up to the people holding.
One flush at a time.
$SHIT is a meme coin. Not affiliated with or endorsed by FGI Industries or Robinhood. Stock Tokens are backed 1:1 by shares in custody but do not currently carry voting or redemption rights. Nothing here is investment advice.
Within only a few hours of trading $SHIT coin has already locked nearly 3000 tokenized $FGI shares in the liquidity pool.
Hey @FGI_Industries , prepare our porcelain throne for the next shareholder meeting
board shit.
Thanks to @st0x_io tokenised $FGI is now available for token pairings on Robinhood.
@FGI_Industries is a NASDAQ listed toilet manufacturer at $17m market cap.
We're a group of degens with a $SHIT coin on Robinhood chain who are going to absorb their shares, takeover their board, then flip the value of the entire company.
