While I am grateful that I’m still employed while job searching, nobody ever talks about how hard it still is. Finding the time and oftentimes having to request time off just to do interviews, time and energy spent on applications even after a long day of work. I’m so tired of it

I had a phone interview with a company today at 10:30 only for them to send me an email 15 mins before my interview to let me know the role is on pause. What the fuck? It’s already hard for me to find time to do interviews while being employed.
