@JioMart_Support till when I can expect a genuine reply or call from you people as my money is stuck and I am not getting any response and seeing tweet of others I feel they all and I am a part of a scam. Do I need to tag the owners of company to get a resolution.

@JioMart_Support placed my order of 14 item total amounting 1382.60₹ but i can not see anything under ORDER section nor I have received any itemised bill in my mail or through MSG and the amount is deducted from my account and no one is picking up my call on the SRN: IM1352238
