Incredible that I cannot speak to a supervisor even after 1 week of constant calls. Your card has the worst customer service. No one should have to deal with this.
So I have a @GetOneCardIN. I want to close 1 of 2 FDs. They say I need to close both but don't have any documentation to support this. If I close both they say I cannot apply for another card with them again. They'd rather lose a customer than hear them out - Such arrogance!

if you're thinking gettting a @GetOneCardIN - don't. You'll be stuck in their social media customer care loop till the end of time. I cannot close 1 of 2 FDs I have with them without closing my account fully. It's my money I should be able to withdraw whenever I want! what a scam

@OneCardHelp How many times does one need to explain that it is not a Partial FD closure? Why can you not understand that there are two different FDs and I only wish to close one. Clause 10.22 only talks about Partial FD closure. The call was useless. Escalate pls.

ok here goes my daily rant against @UPS. Not only have they lost a package, they refuse to take any accountability and aren't even bothering to talk to their customer. If you are ever thinking of shipping internationally via UPS - DONT!
As a recipient, I basically have no rights. If the sender says they cant help and @UPS loses my package after I have paid duty for it and then stops responding on X/Instagram/email, I can't do anything. What a scam! Do not use their services or be ready to be cheated
