రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నువ్వు పేదల భూములను గుంజుకుంటుంటే మేము చూస్తూ ఊరుకోం బిడ్డా..

ఎకరం భూమి గుంజుకొని 400 గజాలు ఇస్తామనే దరిద్రపు స్కీం రూపకర్త కేసీఆర్.. అందుకు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కూడా ఏం తక్కువ కాదు.

పెద్దలు ఆదేశాలతో పేదల మీద దౌర్జన్యం చేసే బి కేర్ఫుల్ అని పోలీసులను హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను.

పేదల బతుకులలో మట్టి కొట్టడమేనా మీ ధర్మం అని రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని సూటిగా అడుగుతున్నాను.

అధికారం ఉందని విర్రవీగితే ప్రజలు కేసీఆర్ ఫీజు పీకారు.. మీ ఫీజు కూడా పీకుతారు జాగ్రత్త.

కోహెడ భూ భాదితుల సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన ధర్నాకు మద్దతు తెలిపి.. ధర్నాలో పాల్గొన్నాను.

🔸కోహెడ గ్రామంలో ఎస్సీలు, ఎస్టీలు, బీసీలు భూ తల్లిని నమ్ముకొని ఇక్కడ నివసిస్తున్నారు. నాలుగు తరాలుగా ఆ భూములను దున్నుకొని జీవనం కొనసాగిస్తున్నారో... వారికి ఆనాటి ప్రభుత్వాలు ఎంక్వయిరీ చేసి పట్టాలు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది.

🔸12 సంవత్సరాల పైబడి పేదలు భూముల పైన జీవనం కొనసాగిస్తే ఆ భూములను ముట్టుకునే అధికారం ఎవరికి ఉండదు.

🔸రింగ్ రోడ్డు పడుతున్నప్పుడు పేదలకు ఇచ్చిన అసైన్డ్ భూములకు కూడా డబ్బులు ఇచ్చి తీసుకోవాలని మేము డిమాండ్ చేశాము. అప్పుడు అసైన్డ్ భూములు వారికి కూడా డబ్బులు వచ్చాయి.

🔸అసైన్డ్ భూములు అమ్ముకునే అధికారం లేదు కానీ అనుభవించే అధికారం శాశ్వతంగా ఉంటుంది. వాటిని గుంజుకునే అధికారం ఎవరికి లేదు.

🔸గవర్నమెంట్ అంటే ఎవడబ్బ జాకీర్ కాదు గవర్నమెంట్ అంటే తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు.

🔸బయట రాష్ట్రాలలో 15-20 ఏళ్ల అసైన్డ్ భూముల మీద జీవనం సాగించిన వారికి ఆ భూములను అమ్ముకునే అధికారం ఇచ్చారు.. కాని కేసీఆర్ వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఒక దరిద్రపు స్కీం తీసుకొచ్చాడు అదే ల్యాండ్ పూలింగ్.. దాని పేరుతో ఒక ఎకరం గుంజుకొని 400 గజాలు ఇచ్చాడు.

🔸ప్రభుత్వానికి భూమి ఎక్కడ అవసరం వచ్చినా పేదల భూమి మాత్రమే ఎందుకు గుంజుకుంటున్నారు ? గవర్నమెంట్ భూములు లేవా ?

🔸ఆనాడు కెసిఆర్ ఈ భూముల గుంజుకొని 300 గజాల చొప్పున ఇస్తానని ఇప్పటికి ఇవ్వకుండా వారి కళ్ళల్లో మట్టి కొట్టాడు. నాది ఇందిరమ్మ రాజ్యం అని చెప్పుకుంటున్న రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కూడా అదే చేస్తున్నాడు.

🔸నువ్వు మా షావుకారు గుట్టలకు సంబంధించిన భూములకు కంపెన్సేషన్ ఇవ్వు లేకపోతే నీ భరతం పడతామని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను.

🔸అది చాలక మార్కెట్ కోసం కోహెడలో 159 మంది రైతులు సాగు చేస్తున్న 239 ఎకరాలు భూములను మేము తీసుకుంటాం మీరు ఎవరు అడగొద్దు, ధర్నాలు చేయొద్దు.. చేస్తే కేసులు పెడతాం అంటే చూస్తూ ఊరుకోం బిడ్డ.

🔸పేద మహిళలు టెంటు వేసుకుంటే పోలీసోళ్ళు గుంజుకొని వెళ్తున్నారంట... పోలీసులు ఉన్నది పేదల మీద దౌర్జన్యం చేయడానికి కాదు. పోలీసులు ప్రజల కోసం, పేదల కోసం, న్యాయం కోసం, ధర్మాన్ని రక్షించడం కోసం ఉంటారనుకుంటాం.. కానీ పెద్దలు ఆదేశాలతో పేదల మీద దౌర్జన్యం చేస్తే వాళ్లు ఒంటరి వాళ్ళు కాదు బి కేర్ఫుల్ అని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను.

🔸పాత షావుకారు గుట్టలకు ఏ కంపెన్సేషన్ అయితే ఇస్తా అన్నావో అది ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను.

🔸కోహెడ గుట్టలను గుంజుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేయవద్దని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను. ఒకవేళ తీసుకోవాలి అనుకుంటే ప్రజలు, రైతులతో మాట్లాడి వాళ్ళతో ఆలోచన చేయి.. కానీ అధికారం నీ చేతిలో ఉందని వారిపై దౌర్జన్యం చేస్తే భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీగా ఊరుకునే ప్రసక్తి లేదని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాము.

🔸ఏం రాజ్యం నీది, ఏం దౌర్జన్యం మీది, పేదల బతుకులలో మట్టి కొట్టడమేనా మీ ధర్మం అని రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని సూటిగా అడుగుతున్నాను.

🔸రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తక్షణమే నీ ఎమ్మార్వో, ఆర్డీవో, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు వచ్చి రైతులతో మాట్లాడి దీనికి ఒక పరిష్కారం చెప్పమని చెప్పడానికి వచ్చాను నేను.

🔸కలెక్టర్ నారాయణ రెడ్డి గారు మీరు వెంటనే స్పందించి నీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారితో మాట్లాడుకుని కోహెడ గుట్టల పేదల భూములకు కంపన్సేషన్ ఇప్పించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను.

🔸ఆనాటి కేసిఆర్ పభుత్వం ఉందని కళ్ళు నెత్తికెక్కి మమ్మల్ని ఎవరు ఏం చేస్తారు అని విర్రవీగితే... ఫీజు పీకేశారు, పాతాళంలో పాతేశారు. మీరు కూడా మళ్ళీ ఆనాడు కేసీఆర్ ఎలా అయితే పేదల పైన దౌర్జన్యం చేశాడో, పేదల భూములు గుంజుకున్నాడో.. వాళ్లకు ఏ గతి పట్టిందో మీకు అదే గతి పడుతుంది.

🔸కోహెడ నడిబొడ్డు నుండి నేను హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను ఈరోజు నేను ఒక్కడినే రావచ్చు రేపు భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ మొత్తం వస్తుంది పేదలకు అండగా ఉంటుంది.

🔸నాకు చాలా బాధనిపించే అంశం ఏమిటంటే కోహెడ గ్రామం చైతన్యవంతమైన గ్రామం, పెద్ద జనాభా ఉన్న గ్రామం... పేదలు రోడ్లమీద ఉండి ఇంత ఇబ్బంది పడుతుంటే దిక్కుమాలిన పార్టీలు, జెండాలు ఉండొచ్చు... కానీ పేదలకు అండగా ఉండకపోతే బిడ్డ మీ సంగతి చెప్తారని నాయకులను హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను.

🔸కోహెడ గ్రామంలో ఈ సమస్య పరిష్కారంలో మా వంతుగా వారికి అండగా ఉంటానని హామీ ఇచ్చాను.
