@ola_supports @ola_supports @Olacabs Sending mail like 'Please upgrade the build' doesn't resolve the issue. PLEASE rectify your issues. You simply raise the request and close it automatically without even taking my input. Everytime we raise concern, we get the same error screen.

@Olacabs Please fix the bugs in your system. I am finding it very difficult to raise my concern in the platform as the support portal itself is full of functional issues. I am even not able to use ' Write to us' feature. It is going into the loop. Please see the recording .

@Olacabs Error states are not handled gracefully in the platform. I have seen many pages giving 404. Please revisit the Backend. As present in the screenshot Error message is still displaying in UI after selecting Option in the drop-down . Please fix these issues .
