Concern:
1) Challan is of not wearing helmet in car
2) Car was in Jammu and Challan in Delhi
3) Challan in the name of Rohit Mishra and not me.
But still I have to pay fine ??

I think every MP shall fulfill the criteria of minimum attendance, and else.
A student who doesn’t secure a minimum attendance is college r or university isn’t allowed to sit in exams.
Then same should happen with MP.
