Tried making payment for my credit card on SBI Unipay. Transaction failed, but amount got deducted from my bank account. Strangely, my credit card issuing bank has not received the payment. @TheOfficialSBI has not responded to my email complaint either. Can someone please help?

A big thank you to the sanitation workers of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

Before the citizens who celebrated the World Cup victory parade woke up, the sanitation workers had already cleaned and tidied up the Marine Drive area. The previous night, the Marine Drive area was littered with thousands of shoes and sandals, and these workers were busy removing the garbage until dawn. By morning, they had restored Mumbai to its original state. We should all express our gratitude to these workers. Attached are two videos, one from the night and one from the morning. @mybmc

So @EurekaForbes has sells faulty products, fails to honour an AMC of 2 years and has absolutely zero regard for customer service. Selling of substandard products like this one in the picture results in a fairly large outlay of having to purchase drinking water. [1/2]

Leave aside the fact that the customer service is incapable of resolving anything at all. To top it all, their technicians in the AMC mark a servicing as having been done without even visiting the premises and Eureka Forbes has no way of tracing who the technician is. Brilliant!

Hey @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport how do you explain this? I have a Burgundy account and a Magnus credit card but my conversion ratio is 5:2 in transfer of miles to other airlines and 5:1 for redemption on your own Travel Edge portal.
