@flomattressin i mailed it to customer support and Escalation team on 7th Oct, After continuous efforts and calling againa and again on 10th Oct the escalation team called and promised to take care the issue in next 24-48 hours.

When you guys are planning to resolve it?

@zomato i am a gold member and had issues with my order number 5535190379.
I raised the concern with ZIA and the resolution provided was awful. trust me Machines can never take the place of humans all the time specially when it comes to customer support. Please look into it.
