@jagograhakjago As I informed you before that I bought Redmi 13C 5G phone on 16th Sep, 2025 and the phone was distorted. Xiaomi is not ready to give anything in written and flipkart is not resolving my issue. And this is it's exchange value

I visited the Xiaomi service center again but they refused to provide a written denial or job sheet. I only need it for Flipkart to resolve my issue. Please guide me what to do next.

I hadwords with flipkart they asked me to submit anything in written either jobsheet or written denial. Only after they proceed further for the same. So kindly suggest me from where I'll get this as your service centre is not ready to give it to me

As they are hiding there frauds they had done with me.
the phone is not Indian origin and as per the norms of @XiaomiIndia they didn't even do anything and they didn't even check phone @Flipkart
