I placed a cake order today via the FNP app and paid an additional ₹99 for assured on-time delivery.
However, citing irrelevant issues, the delivery was delayed by nearly 3 hours, which defeats the purpose of the paid service.
Moreover, the order was delivered through-
Charging customers for premium delivery and failing to provide the same, along with transferring delivery costs to the customer without consent, is unacceptable.
I hope @FNPIndia resolves this amicably. Otherwise, I may be compelled to escalate the issue further.

@amazonIN I am continuously calling Amazon customer care but getting no proper resolution. Your agents say refund is sent to my Paytm Payments Bank account, but that account is closed for a long time
Paytm Bank has clearly confirmed that no amount can be credited to that account

@fnpsupport totally fake services are provided by fnp I have ordered a cake last night for birthday but the taste of cake was totally bad it was smelling very bad , totally money wasted . I have raised complaint instantly but still didn't recieved any update.
