I deposited ₹10,000 into my XM wallet 72+ hours ago and the amount is still not credited. Sent multiple follow-up emails, yet no proper resolution from your support team.
For a first-time user, this experience is absolutely disappointing.
Facing worst service from FNP. Paid for a 4–6 PM delivery slot—zero communication. Order rescheduled without any consent or even basic courtesy to inform. Customer comfort = 0. Completely unacceptable! Fix your service or stop taking orders.

Pathetic experience with ola outstation roundtrip which,I had scheduled and the trip got cancelled by the driver still 150/- cancellation charges applied on me.That was really frustrated experience for me.
