On his next birthday, Lataji sent him a gift - a Kishore Kumar song she specially recorded in HMV studio and sang for him.

Clearly brahmins are being targeted, Buddhist text is being glorified, hindu texts are refered as "brahminical texts"!

13 ACCUSED ARRESTED BY NIA IN JMB OFFSHOOT'S TERROR CONSPIRACY TARGETING WEST BENGAL AND NORTH-EASTERN STATES

New Delhi, 29th September 2026

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has conducted searches at 16 locations across Assam, West Bengal and Kerala, leading to the arrest of 13 accused persons on 29th September 2026 in connection with a terror conspiracy orchestrated by an offshoot of the proscribed Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terrorist organisation. Digital devices, including mobile phones, pen drives and memory cards, were seized from their possession. Of the 13 accused, 8 were arrested from Assam, 4 from West Bengal and 1 from Kerala.

The case originates from the arrest of 11 accused persons by Assam Police on 28th December 2025, from various districts of Assam, West Bengal and Tripura. STF PS had registered Case No. 06/2025 on 30th December 2025 against 35 accused for an online radicalisation module operated through the "Purva Akash" Telegram group by Bangladesh-based handlers of IMK. These 11 accused were chargesheeted on 25th June 2026 and remain in judicial custody. NIA subsequently took over the case and filed a chargesheet against these 11 accused persons under various sections of the BNS, 2023, and the UA (P) Act, before the NIA Special Court in Guwahati, Assam.

NIA's investigation had revealed the active involvement of the accused in the conspiracy of Imam Mahmuder Kafila (IMK), a manifestation of JMB, to expand the terror outfit's ideology in West Bengal and the north-eastern states of India. The conspiracy involved promotion of the terrorist organisation's extremist agenda, radicalisation of vulnerable youth, and expansion of the outfit's network in India.

Investigations by the anti-terror agency showed that JMB's senior member Imam Mahmud Habibullah had established IMK to promote the banned outfit's agenda on Indian soil.

NIA's investigation further revealed that the accused had conspired to grow the presence of IMK/JMB in India through clandestine meetings, religious indoctrination programmes, circulation of extremist literature, and use of digital platforms for anti-India propaganda. They were promoting allegiance to the leadership of IMK/JMB.

10 accused in the case remain absconding, including 1 Indian national and 9 Bangladeshi nationals. Investigation in case RC-01/2026/NIA/GUW is continuing.

NIOS comes directly under Central Government of India.
Following extract is from page 41 of the NIOS Gender Studies text book, which is currently followed.

It says:
"Vedic texts like Smritis, Dharmasastras and Puranas subjugated women."
It agrees with Rahul Gandhi on Manusmriti.
It says that "women were considered impure in Hinduism."

& All these are taught to our school children.
So what Rahul Gandhi is saying in meetings, Central government is teaching the same to the Hindu students year after year.

सितंबर 2010 में मनमोहन सिंह की सरकार ने पी. जे. थॉमस को सेंट्रल विजिलेंस कमिश्नर (CVC) के पद पर नियुक्त कर दिया। "कर दिया" मैंने इसलिये लिखा क्योंकि प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने थॉमस की नियुक्ति, इसके बावजूद की कि तीन सदस्यीय high powered selection committee की तीसरी सदस्य सुषमा स्वराज, जो लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष थीं, ने थॉमस के नाम पर कड़ी आपत्ति दर्ज की थी। इस समिति के अन्य सदस्य प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह और गृहमंत्री पी चिदंबरम थे।

पीजे थॉमस की एकमात्र योग्यता थी कि वह कैथोलिक क्रिश्चियन थे और सोनिया गांधी भी कैथोलिक क्रिश्चियन है तो इसलिए सोनिया गांधी एक कैथोलिक क्रिश्चियन को जबरदस्ती इस पद पर नियुक्त करना चाहती थी

सुषमा स्वराज की आपत्ति इस बात पर थी कि प्रधानमंत्री एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को CVC बनाना चाहते थे जो स्वयं 1991 के केरल पामोलिन आयात घोटाला के मामले में आरोपी था, जिसके खिलाफ चार्जशीट pending थी और जो बेल पर बाहर था।

नेता प्रतिपक्ष सुषमा स्वराज की घोर आपत्ति को नजरअंदाज करते हुए, प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने पी.जे. थॉमस को CVC नियुक्त कर दिया। सुषमा स्वराज, थॉमस के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में सम्मिलित नहीं हुईं।

सरकार के इस निर्णय की देश भर में आलोचना होने लगी।

Common Cause नामक एक एनजीओ आगे आया और सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में PIL फ़ाइल कर दिया।

महीनों की सुनवाई के बाद 3 मार्च 2011 को, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CVC के रूप में पी. जे. थॉमस की नियुक्ति को अवैध करार देते हुए, रद्द कर दिया।

यह फैसला सुनाते समय, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसकी खुद की ईमानदारी पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं, वह सेंट्रल विजिलेंस कमिश्नर के तौर पर भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने का इंचार्ज नहीं हो सकता। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आगे कहा कि CVC पद के लिए institutional और personal integrity होना ज़रूरी है। इस पद पर वही व्यक्ति बैठ सकता है जिसके खुद के दामन पर कोई दाग नहीं है।

जरा सोचिए! उस समय की काँग्रेस सरकार ने एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को CVC के पद पर क्यों बिठाया जो स्वयं आपराधिक मामलों में आरोपी था और बेल पर जेल से बाहर था! जाहिर है कि वह CVC के पद का उपयोग गाँधी परिवार और कांग्रेस पार्टी के फायदे के लिए करना चाहती थी।

और फिर ये सोचिए कि आज वही भ्रष्ट काँग्रेस पार्टी जो भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपियों को महत्वपूर्ण संवैधानिक संस्थाओं पर बिठाती थी, एक ऐसे मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की माँग कर रही है जो सत्यनिष्ठ है, जो इस देश की मतदाता सूची की सफाई करवा रहा है, और जो चुनाव प्रक्रिया की वैधता सुनिश्चित कर रहा है।
