I don’t understand why I should be charged a cancellation fee when the delay is entirely from their end. This is a really bad experience and poor service from Swiggy.

I placed a prepaid order for 3 chocolates from Ditch the Guilt website,but when I tried to track my order, it showed no orders found.This is a new scam, be cautious before ordering.Order never arrives and customer care doesn't respond.@GoI_MeitY @consumerforum_
