@oyorooms @OYO4U it’s about my latest stay with booking id LMP37888. The room is totally different from shown in app. AC TV WiFi nothing is working room is also not clean, no toilet kit provided. Hotel manager didn’t listened to my complaint. I want my refund ASAP.
