Tech. Mgr. handling this file. I expect written approval for 100% Free of Cost warranty replacement within 24 hrs

Absolute double standard: HMIL replaced the peeling steering wheel on my 2023 i10 under warranty this week, but denies the same material defect on a ₹20L 2024 Creta without even opening a job card! Docket: 08888199 / 08786858.
