What is even the point of paying premium fares for Vande Bharat(22478) if it can't keep time? Stuck on the 7:12 AM train to Ludhiana, now nearly 2 hours delayed. Missed a crucial doctor's appointment because of this. Worst experience. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

@vishesh_jk Authorities should also act on minibuses in Jammu that stop wherever they want, whenever they want even often right in front of traffic police. And please check autos too—many still don’t follow the meter system, and passengers in a hurry usually have no time to argue.

@vishesh_jk If Rapido was operating openly in Jammu for months, why act only now? When my father was in the hospital, its courier service brought home-cooked food to us every day. For many of us, it wasn’t just transport—it was real support in difficult times.

Travelling in Train No 12446 B1 coach Total Unhygience bathrooms faulty Taps. wet floors of coach. No employee is bothered Even after complaining.
