We were in digital waiting room prior to tix going on sale next day. Site opens, all tix instantly gone. Tried over and over for awhile. No more tix. Resellers selling for 2x the price b4 fees. You should have been booked at a bigger venue here. Very Disappointing @Ticketmaster

@SpotifyCares No, and your own email about making a Playlist in a Bottle opens in a browser page and requires you to login into your Spotify on that page despite having the app and being logged in. And I logged out and restarted my phone and logged back in. Same thing 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

@Spotify why do links to pre-save not open directly in the logged in app (or desktop version) and instead open in a separate browser tab requiring you to login to Spotify? Definitely stops some people from pre-saving.
