@mark3d_xyz btw, this doesn't exclude the possibility of a semantic web based on the blockchain stack (Filecoin is one of the closest things to this concept, actually), but still, the discussion here will not lead to much, since there are no formal criteria defining semantic web

@mark3d_xyz Well, it's just slightly different levels of abstraction. The semantic web is just a concept that some smart guy once formulated. And blockchain and all other specific technologies were not originally created for this concept.
