@rotimatic my Rotimatic NExt has stopped working 2 months ago. I was told that I will get a replacement but there is further communication. My emails are going unanswered since the last 1+ months.
This is a frustrating experience for a $1700 machine.

@rotimatic@rotimatic my Rotimatic has not been working since more than a month now. After multiple chats, emails and tweets, I got hold of the customer service and they said I would get a replacement. After that no communication. May I know what the status is? How do I get in touch?
@rotimatic My new Rotimatic Next has stopped working. It won’t start at all.
I tried reaching out via the Chat app multiple times but no response. When I reached out via email, I was asked to use the Chat.
I am not sure how and who I should reach out to.
@tandon4congress please do something about the traffic for the Falguni event. We are stuck in traffic for 1.5 hours. It would have been great to have some volunteers manage the traffic. Really bad management.

@CrownePlaza one of the worst experiences at Crowne Plaza Queenstown. We were really shocked to find one of our bags missing from our room. On-duty manager said "luggage in the room is not hotel's responsibility".
Extremely poor hospitality, and zero care for customers.
