How do I know this was a mistake?

The same thing happened in December 2025. We appealed and YouTube reviewed our channel. They admitted the decision was a mistake, accepted our appeal and put us back in YPP.

Now, just months later, we’ve been hit with the exact same thing again.

This makes no sense.

YouTube’s last major reused-content policy update was in July 2025.

So the policy hasn’t changed.

Our content hasn’t changed.

And YouTube already reviewed this exact channel once and said the previous demonetization was a mistake.

So AI moderation system flagged us by mistake again.

We make our own videos from start to finish.

We come up with the ideas, write the scripts, record the voiceovers, animate everything in Blender, and edit the final videos ourselves.

These are not stolen, scraped, downloaded, or "reused" videos.

The biggest problem now is getting a real person at YouTube to actually look at any of this.

Every time we contact Creator Support, we get the same generic replies: policy links, canned answers, and instructions that don’t actually solve the problem.

We even contacted YouTube via email and somehow got a response explaining COPYRIGHT issues.

Our case has nothing to do with copyright.

It is a YPP reused-content case.

We already made a full video appeal showing our Blender projects, editing timelines, scripts, recordings, and exactly how our videos are produced.

Even worse, we were given what appears to be the wrong appeal system.

Instead of being able to properly submit our video evidence, we were given a text appeal form.

The form can apparently be submitted over and over again in different tabs, and nothing changes after we submit it. The appeal button is STILL there like nothing was ever sent.

We have received no confirmation, no update, no decision, and no feedback telling us whether any of our appeals actually reached a reviewer.

Support keeps telling us the case is being forwarded internally, but from our side, absolutely nothing changes.

And now the appeal window is about to expire.

We could literally lose our chance to appeal without ever knowing whether a single submission was actually received or reviewed.

Our appeal video still only has 6 views.

All 6 were from me checking whether the link worked.

There is still no sign that anyone at YouTube actually watched it.

If YouTube already reviewed this exact channel in December and told us the first demonetization was a mistake, then why are we being punished for the exact same thing again when neither the policy nor the way we make our content has changed?

There are real animators and editors working on this channel. People’s income depends on YouTube getting decisions like this right.

In December 2025, Super Happy Mega Pixel was wrongfully demonetized for “reused content.”

We appealed.

YouTube reviewed our case, admitted it was a mistake, apologized, and restored us to YPP.

That should have been the end of it.

But nine months later, your AI moderation demonetized us again for essentially the same reason.

Our content has not materially changed.

And YouTube’s reused-content policy has not changed either.

So if YouTube already admitted this was a mistake and restored us to YPP, why are we facing the exact same issue again?

We’ve contacted support repeatedly, but we still cannot get a clear answer or a genuine human review.

There are 8 billion people in the world, so why can’t I get hold of one that works at your company?

We are an animation studio. Real people write, animate, edit, and produce these videos. There are people directly working on this channel whose livelihoods are affected by this decision.

AI can make mistakes. Saying there are four R’s in “strawberry” on a Google search is one thing. Completely shutting down someone’s income is another.

That is exactly why there needs to be a human safety net when these systems get something wrong.

YouTube already admitted this was a mistake once. Nine months later, we’re fighting the same decision all over again.

Please, just let a real human look at our case.

For further context: we’re currently unable to properly appeal because we were given the wrong appeal form.
We already made an appeal video showing our entire creation process; from ideation and scripting to Blender project files and final editing; but there’s nowhere for us to submit it.
Every support route we’ve tried has either sent us back to the same incorrect appeal process, given us information that doesn’t apply, or stopped responding.
