Where are the people with disabilities/chronic illness in #gcchat (female or male)? There are big challenges to be overcome in this space from graduate programs and all through the workforce.

The home & community based waivers keep ppl--good, kind ppl--like my dad's cousin & my son out of institutions. Did you know institutionalization is still the default without "money follows the person?"
