@WTOPtraffic I-270 NB local lanes at Shady Grove Rd are closed with little warning due to single car crash. A singular police car is blocking both lanes with a tow truck working to clear the car.

Generally, Sweet Magnolias is cheesy with some less-than stellar acting from certain characters. But one thing Season 4 nailed was the family dynamics. Annie and her dad are sweet. Maddie supporting her kids was perfect. And the acknowledgement of a lot of complicated dynamics 👌🏼

I work right near the river and our office shakes from military helicopters flying over multiple times a day. This isn’t unusual for them to be there at all. This outcome is highly unusual though.

Signal problem outside of @wmata Dupont Circle causing use of only one side of Woodley Park platform. We have had 3 Shady Grove-destined trains come by in 10 mins and 0 towards Glenmont, and waits for Glenmont continue to increase! Maddening during morning commute hours 😑😑

Riding @DCCirculator (Dupont to Rosslyn line) to my office for likely the last time before the service is closed next week. @wmataGM please replace this bus service with Metro buses! I am speaking to other riders today who also rely on this line to get to work.

@JulieLovesFluff @Biggs520 As a transportation planner we hear a LOT about the damage done to small roads by increasingly large and heavy farm equipment. You all are right to be concerned. Contact MNDOT! That’s what they’re there for and I have found them great to work w/ in the past.

@BarredinDC @johnnyspero I stopped eating out as much starting in June this year. It was like we hit a tipping point where all of a sudden the prices were too high for me to afford regularly eating out like I had been. I know many of my friends felt a change this summer and began eating out less as well
