@Ssaasquatch I agree. However, it is also possible that the watch collection journey started with the C tier watches and you probably won’t sell them cos they have sentimental value
Youri Tielemans for £35m. The passer Manchester United needed to add & they went out & got him.
The CM market is as deep as it has ever been, but it lacked top tier, premium talent in their prime who were also not crazily overpriced - especially PL proven.
Santos + Tielemans = £85m.
Mateus Fernandes = £85m.
I know what I would choose.
Hired a lawyer to do some work for me about 4yrs ago. Couple of days ago I start getting calls from a number I don’t recognise. Eventually I pick up and it’s the lawyer saying they were doing reconciliations of their books and found they owe me £20 and he urgently needed my account details to send it to me. Still not sure what to make of it but the £20 is safely in my custody now.
"Invest in Nigeria"
"Use your riches to develop the country"
"Deploy your capital in Africa"
I agree with all of these. Meanwhile, in situations where a business partner (say a vendor or counterparty) fails to honour a contract, is the legal system solid enough to provide justice?
Is the security apparatus strong enough to protect my assets and properties from transgressors?
Are the administrative and regulatory authorities responsive enough to handle issues when they arise?
Not everyone has the network and the presidency on dial like Aliko Dangote o. Are we indeed ready for capital inflows?
