Really pathetic service experience from Oyo rooms.was travelling wth family, check-in denied at 1 hotel, shifted to another, check in denied again, called Oyo, ws askd to hold and she put me on hold for 2 hours and finally disconnected. scrnsht attached. @oyorooms @riteshagar
