Just got out of seeing Spider-Man Brand New Day!

No question visually the best-looking Spidey movie ever. I cannot understate how impeccable the action sequences were in this movie. Tom Holland's performance was his best yet as Spider-Man. I didn't think the movie was perfect, but it had a TON of amazing moments & I loved every second of it. I think it was a tad too long but overall it's a FANTASTIC movie! 8.5/10!

Rating Action Overview:

• AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.
reported record revenue and EBITDA in the second quarter
of 2026, reflecting continued momentum in the box office. S&P Global Ratings now believes the company has a path to generate sustained positive reported free cash flows.

• Therefore, we raised our issuer credit rating on AMC to ‘B-’ from ‘CCC+’.

• At the same time, we raised our issue-level rating on its $2 billion first-lien term loan to ‘B+’
from ‘B’, Muvico LLC secured notes and 7.5% AMC secured notes to ‘B-’ from ‘CCC+’, Odeon
first-lien term loan to ‘B’ from ‘B-’, and $112 million exchangeable notes to ‘CCC’ from ‘CCC-’.

• The stable outlook reflects our view that AMC will sustain improved operating performance
over the next 12 months, generate positive reported free cash flow in 2027, and maintain

The physical record of human history is being destroyed, one book at a time. Rare books. Out of print books. Foreign language books. Once they’re gone, what’s left is a digital copy controlled by someone else.

History isn’t supposed to be whatever Big Tech says it is. Our civilization was built on preserving original source material so every generation could verify the truth for themselves.

When the originals are gone, who decides what’s authentic? Who decides what gets changed, omitted, or rewritten?

We should all be asking that question before it’s too late.
