If 200,000 people each invite 2 people to our community-owned AI:
That’s 400,000 co-owners.
If they invite 2 more?
800,000.
That’s how you challenge Big Tech.
Not with ads.
With people.
I remember the time I was working for a web3 project and handling their marketing campaign. That role gave me reasons to talk to a lot of marketing agencies and influencers. What shocked me the most with all of them was the uncertainty around their KPIs.
Unlike web2 projects that want users to buy their products, visit their stores, etc.
One major reason web3 projects do marketing is for visibility for their token, which should result in buyers and holders.
So at that time, I used to ask every agency or influencer I spoke to:
“How many holders or how much buy volume can you give us that makes it easy for you to name such ridiculous amounts of money?”
Then you watch them start shilling, sounding bullish, saying a lot… without actually saying anything.
The next thing I would ask was:
“If you aren’t certain about your numbers, what’s your take on commission?”
You claim you have a cumulative 300k followers across social media. It shouldn’t be hard for you to generate $300k in buy pressure, right?
What if that happens after your post — say we give you 5% of that as commission?
It’s almost like they’ve all had meetings together. The answers are always the same:
“We don’t work on commission. We take payment before working.” Lol.
100% of the time I took the bet on payment before service, it was a failure.
I remember a web3 project that trended for spending $50m in a year on marketing… and we still didn’t see the results.
So what’s the real issue?
What most people won’t accept or do is exactly what Trenches is built for and built on.
We don’t charge you for marketing.
We charge commissions on what we deliver.
Let your marketing budget go into giving users discounted deals. Add that to a decent product, and watch your brand go viral.
You win.
We win.
Users win.
Everyone is happy.
We are determined to take middlemen and bad players out of this industry and restore sanity to the space.
The bad PR around crypto is so bad that even introducing yourself as a crypto bro feels like a slur.
Time to purge the industry.
Trenches: Spray. Play. Earn. Repeat.
AI agents are about to redefine the internet.
The mistake we made with Large Language Models?
We let a handful of corporations capture all the value.
Action Model is building a different path.
By training through our extension, users gain fractional ownership in the Large Action Model, giving them a real stake in the future of AI.
When LLMs emerged, the upside flowed to Big Tech.
This time, it doesn’t have to.
They’re building AI on our data, and keeping the upside for themselves.
Community-owned Large Action Model is how we take it back.
