@Lifestyle_Store Product was delivered to us at 8-Dec-24 4:06 PM. Same you can check from your App. immediately after inspecting the product my wife called to your call center on 4:35 PM (call not connected) and 4:36 PM (talked with your rep for 6 min). How come within 30 min, someone will use it
