@Ava_AM12ff Ignorant cop. Prefer seeing dummy harassed. Might wake em up to discover the law and apply it to protecting self and public. mens rea is your criminal intent. Evidence is your pattern online. Purposely is culpability level. Felony harassment/malicmischief if "protected persons"
@carolki13@ChaosTV Yes, harassment, malicious mischief becomes a felony when targeting "protected persons" like police. Evidence of criminal intent (mens rea) is their pattern of harassment on uploaded video. Hopefully police learn how to better protect public by discovering how laws work.
@EBTtok Lame policing allow felony harassment of "protected persons" such as gov employees and elderly. Proof of criminal intent is online video with purposeful provocation. Help society by harassing police to the point of understanding the law and duty to uphold it.
@ChaosTV "I was assaulted.." after harassing elderly. Who was the lame cop that drove away from felony arrest of camera guy harassing "protected persons"?
@thisjustin254@Breaking57 Different acts and intents. This auditors intent is criminal and intentional. Harassment and malicious mischief for views. Gov. surveillance for public safety, but could be used, ignored altered or omitted on illegal ways. Potential corruption vs active corruption.
@Breaking57 The elephant in the room? Anyone? Its just like police and courts setting bad precedence for protesters to block the streets. How many people killed and injured as a result? Criminal intent against "protected persons" can turn filming into felony. Overcorrection bad 4 innocent.
@meirpoke@PauWitkowski Camera guy has criminal intent so it could be harassment or malicious mischief. Proof is title on video and other videos with similar patterns. Could be heightened to felony is against "protected persons". Police rarely go beyond status quo or checking off routine crime boxes.
@GigglingGanon Patterns in video evidence of criminal mind/intent (mens rea). Also tort. $ If damages. intentional inflection of emotional distress. State and federal laws regarding "protected persons". First responders, gov. employees,elderly.. You are pushing the inept police to open eyes.
@GigglingGanon One day police will figure out how easily it is to charge you with felony harassment and malicious mischief towards "protected persons". Until then keep giving the impotent hell. The irony is that police cannot protect public or themselves , without dynamic understanding of Law.
@P34CHI5@ChaosTV ...cont every single day of six month sentence (o.c. ca) for throwing a water balloon that missed the woman he targeted and landed by her feet. It was based on his malicious intent against against a "protected persons" . Alot better money filming weddings and events; than likes.
@P34CHI5@ChaosTV ....cont .against "protected persons" such as elderly, city employees, first responders.. you can also be sued for any damages for the "intentional inflection of emotional distress" . In reality you mess with wrong person ..I knew juvenile, who judge made spend every day...
@P34CHI5@ChaosTV ..cont Act/Actus reus and Intent/"mens rea"(Guilty Mind) . Which is graded on level of culpability 1st degree 2nd degree... negligence , recklessness, knowingly, purposely. State laws can also enhance misdemeanors such as harassment , malicious mischief to felony if against...
@P34CHI5@ChaosTV The act of filming becomes both a crime and civil tort based on intent. Especially, if it results in desired outcome. such as feinting, or faking a jab and they flinch/fall backwards (assault). Your many videos are evidence of criminal intent (harassment, malicious mischief)...
@ChaosTV You got what you wanted. No surprise that when your aim is to harass and provoke. You would get further in life balancing own goals and interest with well being of others. Police too ignorant/lazy to charge you for harassment and malicious mischief..self control better long run
@WHLeavitt Continual failure untill lessons learned. Parkland shooter Cruz , good example. Plenty of former school years to assign guidance counselor. New HS reported social behavior issues. Trauma probing physcologists randomly visited every couple months and left him more vulnerable.
@Sophiaapmo The black kid approached close enough to be considered an assault ,especially if prior bullying or aggressive behavior. The small guy taking first hit does not mean he started it, especially if the black kids intent of getting in his face was malicious.
@hodgetwins No biological test for autism. Vauge set of symptoms outside vaguely defined clinical box called normal. Reason for symptoms never investigated further once labeled. Could be physical ,sensory, emotional or cognitive. Cover basics of each then step back n reasses symptoms.
