Leaders are reflections of our society, no good society produces bad leaders and vice versa. before you cast stone, ask yourself if u also a good citizen
The reports from Kwara north is sad and unfortunate. When this started, I can recall that a group in Ilorin (IEYDA) led by Jagunma Organized prayer for their brothers in Kwara north but they went all out against this group with insults. They said the group was political and trying to amplify what never happened. Today, the group is quiet and their district is peaceful but Kwara northerners cannot sleep with their two eyes closed.
We are responsible for our own problems.
Once again, unfortunate greeting to you bro @RealAARahman
Less than a month ago, it was all over the news that a truckload of Fulani individuals arrived in Kwara South to register for voters’ cards. People raised concerns, people asked questions. But as usual, your government treated it with silence and dismissal, as if the fears of ordinary citizens mean nothing, Rahmani why...?
And now, here we are again.
Yesterday, our Christian brothers and sisters were attacked inside their place of worship, a place that is supposed to be sacred, peaceful, protected. They were kidnapped, injured, and killed in cold blood in Eruku, Kwara State. Families shattered. Children orphaned. Lives cut short. Dreams destroyed in a moment of violence.
This happened less than two months after the Oke-Ode massacre. Less than two months and yet nothing has changed. No protection, no security, absolutely nothing.
People are living in fear every single day, wondering who will be next. Wondering if they are safe in their own homes, on their own streets, in their own churches. This is not governance. This is abandonment. This is betrayal.
Kwara State Government, you have failed us in the cruelest way. You were entrusted with lives, but all we see is death. You were entrusted with peace, but all we see is bloodshed. You were entrusted with responsibility, but all we see is silence.
May God hold you fully accountable for every life lost under your watch in a cruel way. May every innocent soul taken in these attacks stand as a testimony against your failure. May the cries of the mothers, the tears of the fathers, and the pain of the communities reach the heavens and bring divine justice upon those who allowed this to happen, you and your government are failure, you’ll mourn, your family will be thrown into destruction except that you swing into action.
@renoomokri You can't force her to be who's she's not ready to be, instead of focusing attention on her , tell your leaders to make Nigeria great such that even the whites will want to tag themselves Nigerians , at the moment , few people eating from govt are proud to be called Nigerians
@aonanuga1956 Even if Tinunu addresses press conference , it doesn't equate him to Obasanjo , the gaps are too wide between am accidental leader and a pan African man of many pedigree . MAY Ebora Owu live long
@Oladapomikky1@PoliceNG It's a trivial matter , let them settle amicably , VDM, try and settle the matter btwn the duo , this is a normal thing that happens even btwn poo man and poor man, let's create an environment for peace instead of trying to escalate so as ti drag that Hon down .
@Yucee_ Well, this matter is normal job hazard,as bolt driver, nothing stops u frm going out and hand over his goods, the ethics of the job requires some levels of humility in service , altho d guy went aggressive, but its normal, he was provoked by ur confrontation and class differece
@YinkaFafoluyi Only government led by uneducated clowns will be thinking illogically like this . Reasonable kwarans and Nigerians already knows the Saraki won't descend this low
Of my Opinion; Bashir Ashura.
Any attempts to defend General @RealAARahman Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and his regime are nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to deflect from his failures.
Even the urban renewal touted as a success, is nothing but a smokescreen for the Governor's inability to provide genuine leadership for over 5year!
Instead of addressing the real issues affecting our Dear Kwara State, the Governor is busy reclaiming properties and attacking predecessors, but what about the current administration's own record on transparency and accountability? I know Enetsud had smoked them out often.
The people of Kwara State wants better than a Governor who loves grandstanding over genuine progress. Just stop hiding behind empty promises and take concrete action to address the state's pressing issues on insecurities, Food Security and hosts of other's.
General Abdulrahman's pragmatic empathy is nothing but a euphemism for failed leadership.
The people of kwara need a government that truly understands and mean well for the Development of Kwara, not just empty rhetoric.
*Arakunrin, Ogbeni, two most memorable clowns Kwarans will never forget*
- ABDUL ABDUL
Whenever Ogbeni Ajakaye writes and dresses Arakunrin Abdulrahman, I do wish it were true. Ajakaye, as always, tries his best, but reality and time have proven that Arakunrin Abdulrahman cannot be packaged over and over. Therefore, Ajakaye continues to run in cycles.
Ogbeni Ajakaye is mostly paraded as a nobleman, but that is nothing but mere collateral to evade moral accountability. He is also a poster boy for Arakunrin Abdulrahman's antics, but time has since established he has a penchant for lying through his teeth, is intellectually dubious, serves unsolicitedly as a moral police; and one wonders as people of faith how many times he seeks forgiveness from God, deep on his knees in the middle of the night.
Ogbeni Ajakaye knows he is not doing God's job; he is like a Sniper who shoots everyone considered to be a threat without rationality or evaluation. So, if there are no documents to prove that truly the former Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, approved something else or alternative means of proving beyond a reasonable doubt, it remains nothing but one of the necessary lies in the line of duty. Ajakaye is a known liar! Ogbeni Ajakaye and Lies play the game of who blinks first.
Hon. Moshood Mustapha has circulated to the public legal documents that allocated the land to him and approved his building plans. Only Ajakaye has continued to say by mouth the approval by former Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed is different, in the hope that his words will be taken as the truth. The media team of Hon. Moshood Mustapha has furnished the public with documents of approval, Kwara State Government via Ogbeni Ajakaye has been speaking mere words. Perhaps, they are still under the illusion that the public trusts them.
To the attack on Omowe, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Ogebeni Ajakaye was more interested in abusing Saraki than giving a detailed account to the public on the subject, who are the actual stakeholders evaluating their government, as proven in the last local government election in the state.
Dr. Saraki has a reason to lend his voice to the ongoing issue. Despite a court order barring action from the State Government, the property of his late father, Dr Olusola Saraki — which perhaps holds a significant memory of his philanthropic ventures was brought to the ground overnight. It was first him; he was the first victim, and despite nobody lending a voice at the time, he is breaking away from party leanings to show empathy towards a fellow human whose investment is being dismantled. Ajakaye is an essayist; it is a job, and he does so effortlessly with fiction; he should consider enrolling with Netflix after 2027.
For Ogbeni Ajakaye's information, Omowe Saraki constructed 10 new housing estates in areas that were described as "no-go areas" in the state as part of its urbanisation initiative. That is how some civil servants and other low-income earners became homeowners; we beg to ask Arakunrin how many civil servants can boast of owning a home in the last 5 years under his leadership.
Omowe Saraki established Kwara State Housing Corporation, Surveyor General Office, Land Information System, Bureau of Land, and Kwara Geographic Information System were all created as an institution to sustain the master plan and keep the vision alive. What independent power project has this administration taken on, or it's not part of the urbanisation plan? How many major roads have been opened and constructed like under Omowe Saraki? One would think governance started under this present regime because Ogbeni Ajakaye's memory was not serving him right when he needed it the most.
You see, when Ajakaye presents Arakunrin Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as someone emotional and rational, it is comic. The same man awarding projects to his appointees and family members and represented by proxies? It is like someone hiding behind a finger, thinking the world cannot see him.
I am immensely disheartened that the Federal Government under Tinubu's administration has failed to bestow upon the late Michael Akinkunmi, the creator of our national flag, the state burial he was so rightfully promised. No other patriot embodies the spirit of honour and sacrifice as profoundly as the revered 'Mr. Flag Man.' - AA

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to @GovDouyeDiri on the Supreme Court’s judgement that upholds the mandate given to him by the people.
His leadership has already demonstrated a strong commitment to the progress and development of Bayelsa State, and I have no doubt that he will continue to steer the state toward greater heights.
Once again, congratulations, my friend, and best wishes for your continued success in your tenure.
