Is it normal that after a reservation of 12 is seated that the manager brings out an event contract for you to sign for an 18% gratuity? I'm currently at the location in Cedar Hill TX and the manager wants 1 person signature for the whole group. @SaltgrassSteak @LandrysInc

Thank you @TMobile @TMobileHelp for resolving my issue that started Tuesday. Specially Stephanie from the Senior Executive Social Care Team and the Duncanville TMobile Store. Flo was awesome! He was very understanding and personable. This store needs to train the one in Irving!!

@TMobileHelp tell me why my warranty phone came to the Tmobile store and they could not scan it. I've been without a phone since Tuesday night. They then cancelled my replacement without my consent and ordered another one. Is there not a way to push it through. Sprint would never
