Amazing the effect of one week off of work / the gym on the brain 🧠 - just said to my coach that I’d choose burpees over this, and THAT is saying something 😂 I do monthly training roundups on my Insta so made this month’s early 🏋🏼♀️ (no sound I’m afraid cause copyright n that 🤟🏼)
Firstly, I’ve been lucky enough to receive funding through a local grant to do my award in Mental Health and Exercise Coaching - something I’ve been keen to do for a few years now but been unable to independently fund. A month or so in and already so inspired 🧠💪🏼 @mentalhealthpt
Not sure exactly what that looks like yet, but we’ll see… in a time where work-wise it’s hard to see the positives, it’s nice to feel excited about something for a change 🥰
So largely inspired by both of the above, I’m now also in the middle of completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate! 🫣🤭 I’m feeling really passionate about making health improvement accessible for all, and not necessarily sticking to the current fitness industry ‘norm’.
Been a bit rubbish posting on here lately, though I’m always creeping in the background! Actually a lot of exciting things coming up, feeling like I’m finding my spark a bit again when it comes to my career 🥰

Scottish physio friends - particularly Glasgow area. Have a chum applying for physio who is having a nightmare getting any form of shadowing experience at all - been knocked down by everywhere he’s enquired to so far. Anyone have any suggestions? Even just for a couple of hours!
