@cleveland19news what just happened in Cleveland area? There was a large flash in the sky and the while sky lit up. Not a storm or anything in sight. Just a single flash that lit up the whole sky like the light traveled.

Hey @lyft and @Uber get rid of surgery pricing NOW. It's ridiculous to have to see that something down the street from my apartment (usually $9ish dollars) is almost $25 with some light flurries. With prices going up on everything its fucking stupid to charge extra for nothing.

@GCRTA You need to get rid of the driver of the 26A that leaves Detroit and Fry at 5:59am. He isn't friendly at all, almost misses stops because he goes way too fast and has to slam on the breaks, makes turns like he is in Nascar, and just isn't the safest. Please do something!

@GCRTA And the guy who drivers the same bus during the week at 6am from Detroit and Fry is way way too fast and takes corners and turns like he's in Nascar. Same with the driver of the same bus going from Crocker and Union at 4:16 during the week. All too fast.

@GCRTA the driver of the 26A right now (currently stopped at Westgate) going into downtown is on his phone. I think its headphones, but he is on his phone swearing and all kind of stuff. Bus number 3508, 26A, route 2604. On top of that, all the morning drivers of the 26A too fast

@GCRTA The lady driving the one at Detroit at Fry at 6am this morning was playing with her hair the whole time and swerving into and over the middle yellow lines.

@GCRTA I've tried sending in comments to the customer service email and nothing is happening. There's also times where buses don't show up. Please re-train the drivers and tell them to stop speeding and braking really hard. I dont want to end up in the windshield.

@GCRTA You need to get better drivers. Currently on the 26A going towards Crocker Park (got on at 6am at Detroit and Fry in Lakewood). The driver of the bus (#2605) is way too fast which means he breaks super hard and it feels like we will go through the windshield.

@GCRTA He has tk be waved down because he almost misses stops. This is also happening on the same bus (26A at 4:20ish from Crocker and Union) going towards downtown. This actually happens a lot on this route. Drivers are way way too fast and having to brake really hard.

@GCRTA There is a creepy guy going around the west Blvd rapid station asking people for tobacco. He also went to the bathroom out in the open right next to the door onto the track below. Im about to leave the station on a bus but had to let someone know.

@GCRTA you really need to patrol your stations more. There's constantly people smoking at the West Blvd / Cudell station inside the actual station doors on Detroit Ave. Its annoying and it stinks.

@GCRTA the inside of the Tower City Station on the platforms smells like gas or natural gas is leaking somewhere. Not sure if anyone has mentioned that.

@firstenergycorp two times in two days that the same area is without power in NE Ohio. Get it together. I bet it's the same transformer that blew yesterday morning. Maybe replace it instead of repairing it? Idk. This is frustrating. I've never had this many outages anywhere ever!

@AldiUSA bring back your paper bags with handles. This whole bags w/o handles that we have to pay for thing is stupid. Think about the ones who don't have cars and have to get groceries. How are we supposed to get everything home? Bring the handle bags back and make them free.

@AldiUSA you REALLY need to bring back the paper bags WITH handles at your stores considering half of the people that shop there walk and take the bus. It's extremely inconvenient when there's no handle bags and I am on foot.

@CitizensBank you guys kind of suck. I opened two accounts with you back in 2022 when there was this special running where you would get a bonus $300 (now $400) if you met certain requirements. I met the requirements, but NEVER got the bonus. I want/need it. Do something!!!
