@PaytmTravelCare my queries are continuously getting ignored pertaining to order 10392047310. The transaction amount was INR 67366. I have requested for refund, you said you are following up with airline. It's been more then a month, no action has been taken. I seek a response.

It has been a month since I have been following up on the refund of order 10392047310. My request are ignored and no assistance provided. I made a mistake by booking international tickets through Paytm.
