@UPS has the worst customer service ever. Outsourcing contingent workers from India so you aren't managing your customers issues is poor business. I will never you them again. They lost two of my shipments that I dropped off at the store & somehow I have to suffer for it. #trash

I just want to say how disappointed I am in the way this @UPS delivery handled my packages. I watched her on my ring camera walk up to the door and ring the doorbell just to have nothing dropped off on my porch. I drive up to my home to see all of my packages out in the opening.
