@VirginAtlantic virgin changed my flights, which has now caused my elderly disabled mother to go from a 1.5hr wait to a 3hr wait. I paid extra for these flights to ensure the quickest flight time with the least stoppage time.
We also now miss out on 4.5 hours of our evening.
