A rep named Joaquin told me I qualified for forbearance. I followed his word. Later, when I asked for a supervisor, I got Douglas, who said he was a “specialist and supervisor.”
Douglas tells me “Joaquin was wrong” and “nothing can be done.”

So now I’m stuck with a closed account, credit issues, and a company that plays hot potato with accountability.
If your staff gives the wrong info, it’s on YOU.
I’m filing with CFPB, BBB, DFPI, and I’ll post this everywhere until y’all fix it. This ain’t over.
Now my credit is at risk because your team sucked at training and communication.
